At Adelise & Rowan, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information, allowing you to follow your delivery.
Delivery Time
Our estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location within Australia.
Please note that during periods of high demand, public holidays, customs processing or circumstances outside our control, delivery may take slightly longer than expected.
Shipping & Fulfilment
Orders may be shipped directly from our international fulfilment partners, including facilities located in China.
International shipments may be subject to customs processing or import requirements depending on the destination.
Shipping Costs
We currently offer Free Premium Shipping across Australia on all orders, with no minimum spend.
Any applicable charges outside our standard shipping service will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking information.
You can use this information to follow your parcel from dispatch through to delivery.
Delivery Address
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@adeliserowan.com. We’ll do our best to make the change before your order is dispatched, although this cannot always be guaranteed.
If tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us so we can assist with investigating the delivery.
